Government	Local, state, federal government employees who are not related to emergency services
Media	All private media organizations
Nonprofit	Nonprofit organizations or independent nonprofit research
Planning	Multi-county planning committees
Public Safety	Municipal, tribal, county, federal law enforcement officers or emergency services
State Patrol	State patrol officers working for the Wisconsin DOT
TOPS	Traffic Operations Safety Laboratory
Towing	Towing companies
University	Students, faculty, and researchers
Utility	Electrical, maintenance workers, etc (typically selected for LCS users)
WisDOT	Anyone working for the Wisconsin DOT (State Patrol officers please choose "State Patrol")
